Shipping Policy
We offer free UK delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days after dispatch. Order processing time is additional and is not included in this estimate. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

Return & Exchange Policy
Changed your mind?
You may cancel your order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.
To notify us or request return instructions, email contactmoviqstore@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us for the correct return address rather than sending items to the address printed on the parcel.
You may inspect items as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods has reduced their value.
Refunds
For eligible cancellation returns, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, with no refund processing fee.
Any standard outbound delivery charge paid will also be refunded. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email contactmoviqstore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs, where available, can help us investigate.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
